European Legislation is a highly specialised self-discipline that allows near future lawyers to familiarise themselves with the guidelines, directives and treaties place by a Europe-wide policy-making body system that all EU-member countries must adhere to. This type of research is more common at postgraduate level (Master’s), and is typically found within the umbrella of an LL. M system.
